As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform high-quality installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems for residential and light commercial customers. You will work alongside experienced team members while developing your technical expertise and ensuring each project meets Ranger's standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork
• Troubleshoot installation challenges
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Coordinate with project managers, service teams, and warehouse staff
• Complete installation documentation and job reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and ductwork
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic hand tools required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
