Description
We’re looking for dedicated, long-term team members to join our Construction Department. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career with a company that values relationships and growth, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists Foreman & Lead with, but not limited to installing ductwork, registers, forced air furnances, air conditioners, piping for HVAC systems, etc.
- Helps Foreman & Lead in ensuring company property, vehicles, and tools are being properly used

Qualifications
• All experience levels welcome (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints/plans
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, and regularly lift 50+ lbs
• Able to pass a pre-hire background check & drug testing as needed
• Valid California Drivers License and clean driving history
