Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Avondale, AZ -Field
Job Type: Full-Time (after trial time)
We’re a growing HVAC company with over 20 years of experience delivering top-tier service to our customers. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems
Perform ductwork installation and modifications
Work in crawlspaces and attics as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification required
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
