HVAC Installer

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential HVAC systems. This role requires frequent travel to various job sites, working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will ensure system functionality, safety compliance, and excellent customer service throughout every project.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to specifications
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Support routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout installation
• Uphold safety standards and compliance at all job sites
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Manage and organize tools and materials for each project
• Prepare and assess job sites prior to installation
• Collaborate with team members on multi-site projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Proficient in HVAC system installation and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical stamina for manual labor and equipment handling
• Knowledge of safety compliance and best practices
• Effective time management skills
