You'll work on equipment replacements, new construction projects, and occasional light commercial installations, delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.ScheduleMonday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMAdditional overtime may be available during peak installation seasons.Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality productsComplete residential retrofit/change-outs and new construction installationsAssist with light commercial HVAC installation projects as neededInstall refrigerant piping, gas piping, venting, ductwork, thermostats, and related componentsFabricate sheet metal transitions and duct modifications when requiredPerform equipment startup, testing, and commissioningMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesComplete installation documentation accurately and professionallyFollow all company safety procedures and manufacturer installation standardsMinimum QualificationsMinimum 2 years of HVAC installation experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailExperience reading blueprints, installation manuals, and equipment specificationsWorking knowledge of refrigerant piping, duct systems, gas piping, electrical connections, and airflow principlesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with both residential new construction and retrofit/change-out installationsLight commercial HVAC installation experienceRefrigeration installation experienceElectrical installation or troubleshooting backgroundSheet metal fabrication experienceEPA Universal Certification and NATE Certification preferredDon't have your certifications yet?
