Cash bonuses on accessories and servicesTechs receive 40+hours yearly of paid leave for NATE Certifications and dealer trainingQualification:3 + years of HVAC Installation experience Residential Retrofit experience required EPA Universal Certification Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installationsGood understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagramsExperience running and testing gas pipingAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Basic sheet metal practices Knowledge and ability to follow city and county installation codesValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCertificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
