HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE + Spiffs/bonuses
Potential annual earnings $100K +
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
Position Overview:
- Installing primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ducted and ductless systems
- Correctly size, fabricate, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
- Low voltage control wiring of thermostats and accessories
- Refrigerant application with line sets brazing and implementation of AC and Heat Pump Systems
- Installing and testing gas pipe
- Equipment start-up and troubleshooting techniques
- Train helpers and support installation teammates
- Educating customers on their equipment so they have the very best experience after installation
- Solving in-field installation challenges and working through options with the sales team and customer

Qualification:
- 3 + years of HVAC Installation experience
- Residential Retrofit experience required
- EPA Universal Certification
- Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations
- Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- Experience running and testing gas piping
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge and ability to follow city and county installation codes
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
