What We're Looking For

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Coachable with a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
  • HVAC installation experience or trade school is a plus, but not required

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems
  • Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
  • Work alongside experienced installers and receive hands-on training
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
