Job Overview

What You Will Do

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee junior installers and apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and strict safety codes.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and business clients to explain system operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience (more experienced candidates preferred).

• Leadership: Proven ability to run a job site and manage an installation crew efficiently.

• Certification: Valid EPA Certification is strictly required.

• Traits: Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to punctuality.

• We operate out of Carlstadt NJ, our service area is Manhattan(NYC) and Northern NJ
