Job Summary:
As an HVAC installer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents - primarily new residential, commercial, and multi-family construction. 

We are looking for a team player who is ready to learn, loves the feeling of a job well done and takes pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! 

Responsibilities:
  • Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
  • Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects
  • Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems
  • Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
  • Read blueprints
  • Complete quality control sheets
Qualifications: 

  • Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team 
  • Ability to produce quality work
  • Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers 
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
  • Ability to follow directions 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic that you display daily 
  • Ability to read blueprints 
  • Ability to work 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and an occasional Friday
  • Relevant HVAC experience is a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
