You'll commission every system to ACCA standards, document your work using a tablet, and ensure each homeowner receives a professional finished product. As you advance, you'll have opportunities to lead projects, mentor apprentices, and manage customer communication from start to finish.Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift, work on ladders, and work in attics and crawlspacesInstall Tech 2 and 3: an active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 journeyperson licenseNo license is required for Install Tech 1 -- we register you as an apprentice with the CT Department of Labor and your hours count toward licensure from day onePreferred Qualifications:EPA 608 certificationResidential changeout experience - furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air handlersSheet metal and duct fabrication skillsExperience commissioning to ACCA standards or having been held to measured airflow and static pressureExperience running a two-person crewAbility to handle customer conversations directlyComfortable with a tablet for job documentationWHY F.
