The HVAC Installer position focuses on the installation and setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves working independently or within a small team and requires regular local travel. The installer will report directly to the Project Manager and play a critical role in ensuring systems are properly installed, tested, and documented to meet project specifications and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects
Set up and configure HVAC equipment accurately
Perform electrical wiring and system connections
Test systems to verify proper functionality
Document installation processes and outcomes
Prepare sites for installation work
Engage professionally with customers to address questions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC installation
Preferred Qualifications
EPA Section 608 Certification
Proficiency in HVAC system installation and troubleshooting
Skilled in electrical wiring for HVAC systems
Strong mechanical aptitude
Customer service experience
Effective time management skills
