We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to step in and make an immediate impact replacing residential HVAC systems, supported by one of the most established home service teams in the Dallas area.

Lead HVAC Installer Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to complete high quality, performance based installations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Experience installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and geothermal systems
• Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• EPA certification required
