HVAC Installer

Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking an HVAC technician. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm with overtime as needed. Pay is based upon experience $15-$25 per hour. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all general HVAC service calls and installations in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC service and installation.
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to continually improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude.
