1 year experience with new construction installation of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, and heat pump systems
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
No criminal record
Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers and coworkers, Bilingual is a plus

Regular job duties include full installations/new construction
Job also includes basic systems like air handlers, furnace, coils, outdoor units, gas packs,
While working on installations you will also do light construction work in order to install the unit such as fabricate small duct work, electrical wiring, drilling, etc.
Must be able to carry out instructions with little to no supervision
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
