This position is primarily responsible for applying technical skills and knowledge to install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Install complete residential and/or light commercial systems. Install residential and/or light commercial ductwork systems. Sheet metal work. Ability to work as a team and support the team members around you. Ability to work independently and get the job done right the first time. Ability to think on your feet and bring solutions to the problems at hand. Be on time always, and be able to speak confidently with customers. Willing to give and receive feedback to improve yourself, your team, and the company. Required Credentials:
5+ years of experience in HVAC installation. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Working knowledge of national codes and best practices. Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal).
