HVAC Installer - Experienced

HVAC Installer - Experienced | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Ideal candidate will have experience leading a 2-man team for Residential Retrofit Installations and mentoring a helper/apprentice.

Work hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | overtime as needed

What You Will Be Doing:

• Overseeing residential retrofit/ changeout install from start to finish
• Training / mentoring helper
• Start up of newly installed equipment
• Consult customers about products, installation, and answer any questions
• Insuring customer
• Arrive every morning at the shop to clock in via Service Titan and prepare the day's installs

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 + years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Lead experience - preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience mentoring helpers
• Service Titan experience a plus!
• Possess basic hand tools
• Able to lift 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
