Performance Pay. No Cap. Write Your Own W2. $25-$30 /hour
Advantage HPE is growing, and we’re looking for an
experienced HVAC Installer who knows how to get the job done right, takes pride in quality work, and wants to make real money.
We need somebody who shows up ready to work, works hard, and can install systems the right way the first time. If you’ve got solid install experience, a good attitude, and want to be part of a team that values production and craftsmanship, we want to talk to you.
Service area: FWB to Panama City, FL

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Replace equipment, ductwork, and related components as needed
- Make sure installs are clean, code-compliant, and done right the first time
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on job progress
- Work independently and with the team to complete jobs on time
- Use ServiceTitan daily, or be willing to learn and execute in it
- Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times
- Keep your truck, tools, and job site clean and professional
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Experience installing HVAC systems and components
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check
