We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of HVAC Residential Installer. This role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform routine Spring and Fall preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Deliver tools, materials, and supplies to team members as needed.
• Ensure the work environment remains clean and safe at all times.
• Track and manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous residential experience in the HVAC industry is essential.
• Ability to manage a physical workload and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow company guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• Some holidays may be required

Job Type:

• Full-time or Part-time

Work Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On-call and weekends as needed

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
