As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and starting up residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards for craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.


Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and related equipment.
• Perform complete system replacements and new installations.
• Install and properly size ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, wiring, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
• Perform equipment startups and verify proper system operation.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and applicable codes.
• Diagnose and correct installation-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Protect customers’ homes, flooring, furniture, and personal property during installations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain basic system operation.
• Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Work safely and follow all company safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other members of The Crew.

Qualifications

• Previous residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and installation instructions.
• Ability to use common HVAC tools and test equipment.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Schedule


Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime or after-hours work as needed.
