Looking to launch a career in the trades? ProTrade is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice ready to learn the trade from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build real, hands-on skills alongside experienced HVAC professionals.
No experience? No problem — we're looking for a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and someone who shows up ready to work every day. Some hands-on or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
Assist lead installers and technicians with HVAC installation and service tasks
Help transport, organize, and set up tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and installation specifications
Assist with ductwork installation, piping, and basic equipment setup
Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
Keep work areas clean and organized
What You Bring
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, bend, and work in various environmental conditions
