The Role: HVAC Install Helper
As an HVAC Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning the trade while supporting the team on job sites. This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll gain real-world experience and build the foundation for a long-term HVAC career.
No experience? No problem.
Experience helps – but attitude, reliability, and coachability matter more.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Prior HVAC experience is a plus – but not required
- Willing to learn and take direction from experienced installers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification (we can help you work toward this)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights
- Ability to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years driving experience)
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential HVAC system installations
- Support Lead Installers by staging tools, materials, and equipment
- Help fabricate and install ductwork and fittings
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with basic paperwork and job documentation
- Provide respectful, professional service in customers’ homes
