What You'll Do:
Install/Replace residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems
Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification (Required)
OSHA Certification (Required)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work independently while supporting the team
