Patriot Heating & A/C is a growing residential HVAC company based in Shawnee, KS. We’re looking for an experienced
HVAC Installer to join our team. If you take pride in clean installs, doing things the right way, and treating customers with respect, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Set equipment, run line sets, connect gas and refrigerant lines
- Tie into ductwork, fuel and water supply lines
- Start up and test systems to ensure proper performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues when needed
- Work with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and airflow principles
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Plumbing experience is a plus
