HVAC Installer

We proudly serve a large base of residential and commercial customers throughout the area, providing installation, maintenance, and repair services.

We are looking for dedicated HVAC Installation Technicians who take pride in doing quality work. No flat rate. No sales. No collecting payments. Our goal is to provide the tools, training, and support needed for our team to deliver the level of service our customers have come to expect.

**What You Will Do

**

• Complete HVAC replacement and new construction installation projects involving heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, geothermal systems, rooftop units, cooling towers, and other HVAC equipment

• Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes

• Support service operations as needed, including maintenance, repairs, and service work

• Complete documentation and maintain accurate work records

• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional job site

• Work in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional environments as needed

• Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor environments as needed

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Standard 45-hour work week when work is available, with overtime paid after 40 hours

**What We Are Looking For

**

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• EPA Type 2 Certification

• 2 Years of HVAC experience preferred

• Ability to install, maintain, and service HVAC systems and equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills

• Professional work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Comfortable using technology and cloud-based business systems, such as ServiceTitan

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions

• Candidates selected for employment will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug test
