Hourly pay: $35 to $38 per hour, based on experience
$2,500 bonus opportunity
Full-time position
Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM start
Typical workweek of 40 to 50 hours

Lead an HVAC installation team on residential and/or light commercial projects in Chesterfield, Virginia
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Start up, test, and commission newly installed HVAC equipment
Oversee job site productivity while maintaining high standards for workmanship and safety
Coordinate installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
Train, mentor, and support team members in installation best practices
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates as needed
Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure systems operate correctly before project completion
Deliver excellent customer service while representing Bradley Mechanical professionally

Minimum 6 to 10 years of HVAC installation experience
Experience leading an HVAC installation team
EPA Certification required
Professional-level HVAC training or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, system startup, and equipment commissioning
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to safely lift equipment and work in a physically demanding environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
