This role requires extensive hands-on experience with full residential HVAC installations.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall complete new HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and refrigeration equipmentRead and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plansPerform plumbing connections and proper refrigerant handlingWeld and fabricate components as needed for custom installationsConduct system start-up, testing, and commissioning of new equipmentTroubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system operationEnsure all work complies with safety standards and building codesMaintain detailed documentation of installations and materials used in ServiceTitanQualificationsExtensive experience (minimum 4+ years) with residential HVAC installationsStrong background in HVAC system design, ductwork, and equipment setupProficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsExperience with plumbing, welding, and sheet metal fabrication preferredEPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferredValid California driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipThis is an in-person position.
