You'll work on residential furnace, AC, and heat pump installs (with some light commercial and new construction mixed in), drive home a company truck once you've proven you can run a job solo, and have real upside through a service commission structure — all without a rigid on-call schedule hanging over you.

THE BASICS
Location: McGregor, Minnesota
Pay: $35–$37/hour depending on experience, plus 3–6% commission on service sales
Service Area: Primarily within about an hour of McGregor (Duluth-direction); limited work toward Brainerd
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00/5:00 PM, typically 45–50 hours/week
On-Call: No formal on-call rotation — occasional optional text-based opportunities to pick up service calls

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install furnaces, AC units, and heat pump systems, typically working with a partner
• Take part in new construction installs (roughly 20% of workload)
• Take on service calls if your skill set and interest line up
• Handle occasional light commercial work
• Clock in/out and manage job tracking through House call Pro on a provided tablet
• Complete quoting on-site when applicable

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Experience ready to run a truck and job independently (or equivalent hands-on installer experience)
• EPA certification
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening

Nice to Have (not required):

• Heat pump and rooftop unit experience
• Industry certification (e.g., NATE) — not common in this market, but a plus
• Light commercial HVAC experience
