HVAC Installer

· Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems

· Use mechanical knowledge to assemble, install, and test HVAC equipment and components following manufacturer's specifications

· Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed

· Conduct property maintenance related to HVAC installations

· Maintain accurate logs of all work performed

· Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required

· Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information

· For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it

· Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge

· Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date

· Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards

· Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out

· Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency

· Follow all safety guidelines that apply

· Learn product features and benefits

· Perform field service calls to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues

· Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC systems

Qualifications:

• Required Minimum of 1 year of Experience
• Must possess an active driver’s license
• EPA needed, but not required at point of hire
