• Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment installed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installations and repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
