Plumb It Heat It Cool It is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential install team. We’re a family-owned company known for quality work and hundreds of 5-star reviews—because we don’t compromise on craftsmanship.
What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)
- Install residential HVAC systems: furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork
- Run linesets, braze, pull vacuum, and charge systems to manufacturer specs
- Follow job scopes and install plans from start to finish
- Ensure all installs are code-compliant and inspection-ready (first pass)
- Coordinate with crew members and other trades to stay on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized job sites (shoe covers, respect the home)
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next job
What Success Looks Like
- Clean, efficient installs with zero callbacks
- Systems running to spec and passing inspection the first time
- Strong communication with team and homeowners
- Consistent job quality regardless of install complexity
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Solid understanding of system setup across multiple configurations
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of your work
- Team player who communicates clearly on-site
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay + Commission (performance-based earnings)
- $85,000–$125,000+ annual earnings potential (OTE)
