Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local codes. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductworkReplace existing systems with minimal disruption to customersRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructionsPerform system start-ups and ensure proper operationTest systems for performance, airflow, and refrigerant levelsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCommunicate with customers regarding installation process and system usageCollaborate with team members to complete jobs on scheduleMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)EPA Certification (required for handling refrigerants)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to read technical manuals and blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHours:Work Hours Mon – Friday 8AM-5PM (WE ARE NOT A 24HOUR SERVICE COMPANY)Alternating Weekend on call service (will be required Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
