What You’ll Do:
Perform HVACR installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and suppliers.
Identify and refer opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or system add-ons to the sales team.
Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold TRS’s quality and integrity standards.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of HVACR installation experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
Capable of working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
Valid NYS driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
