HVAC Installer - Residential HVAC - Base Salary to 50.00/hour - Mount Kisco, NY

  • Our client, a residential HVAC service provider in the Greater Westchester County, NY area, is seeking an HVAC Installer to support installation and service operations across residential customers. This role focuses on hands-on fieldwork, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including:
    • Split systems, condensers, furnaces, and heat pumps
  • Diagnose system issues and replace components as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics
  • Perform system start-ups, testing, and basic test & balance functions
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA safety standards
  • Work in the field using ladders and handling tools and HVAC equipment
  • Utilize basic computer systems for job documentation and communication

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience installing residential HVAC systems
  • Experience with both HVAC installation and service/repair work
  • Ability to diagnose and replace HVAC components in residential systems
  • Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics
  • Ability to safely work in field environments (ladders, lifting equipment)

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 40.00 - 50.00/hour range
