HVAC Installer (Residential)

HVAC Installer
Location: Olympia, WA
Pay: ~$80k-$150k (Piece Rate Commission)
Type: Monday-Friday (7am start time)

Responsibilities:

• Extensive expertise in residential heating and cooling products.
• A positive attitude with the capacity to maintain composure.
• Commitment to professionalism in appearance, vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
• Punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both colleagues and customers.
• Perform system Installations, Change outs and upgrades
• Capable of performing sheet metal work, building transitions, base cans.
• Communicate effectively with customers and explain solutions clearly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 YRS Experience in HVAC or as a technician in a related field
• 2 YRS Experience doing HVAC related custom sheet metal
• Relevant certifications or training preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug screening (excluding THC)

Certification/License:

• A valid Washington state driver's license
• Low voltage license or training certification
