We are seeking a motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading residential installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, mentoring installation helpers, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform residential HVAC system installations (ductwork, equipment, and accessories).
- Train, mentor, and oversee installation helpers and apprentices.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.
- Provide excellent communication with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork and digital documentation.
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
- Ability to manage and lead a small team in the field.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clean background
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
