Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our growing Client in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Since 2005, our Client has provided residential and commercial HVAC services throughout Northeast Arkansas, specializing in installation, repair, maintenance, mini-split systems, geothermal systems, heat pumps, and indoor air quality solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and commission residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related components
- Install and service heat pumps, mini-split systems, geothermal systems, and indoor air quality equipment
- Inspect HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacement options
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation after installation or repair
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience REQUIRED
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and service procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Arkansas HVAC License (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with geothermal systems, mini-splits, and commercial HVAC equipment
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Experience with Carrier equipment and controls
