Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team! In this role, you will install heating and air conditioning systems and hot water heaters in residences or commercial establishments.
Responsibilities:
Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and hot water heaters.
Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment.
Install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drains.
Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Treat every customer's home with care and respect.
Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with the office and customers.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Past experience as an HVAC Installer or comparable education
Valid Drivers License
EPA Certification
Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
