Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Installer in Stratford, CT, serving Fairfield County.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.

• Complete HVAC system replacements, retrofits, and new equipment installations.

• Install air distribution and ventilation systems.

• Installation of refrigerant and condensate lines is a plus.

• Ensure installations meet applicable local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.

• Provide excellent customer and contractor communication.

• High school diploma and technical school education

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Ability to read blueprints and submittals

• Ability to direct and educate an apprentice under their supervision

• Ability to coordinate with other trades

• Experience installing and replacing heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and installation practices

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on ladders

• Strong mechanical aptitude and dependable work habits

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Authorized to work in the United States
