We continually strive to provide expert heating, air conditioning, energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions to our customers.We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification, including NATES, and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A and 06B Licenses.What We Provide: Company-provided work vehicle and fuel card Company uniform and phoneJoin a locally owned company with a strong reputation in the communityGain hands-on experience working alongside a licensed electrician while earning hours toward your 06B and 06A electrical licensesPaid manufacturer training and professional development, including NATE certification opportunitiesClear pathways for career advancement and long-term professional growthInstall cutting-edge, high-efficiency HVAC systems as part of a Carrier Authorized Dealer teamCompany Benefits:Medical Insurance 75% employer paidIRA with 3% match 80 hours of PTO accrued 6 Paid holidaysPosition: HVAC InstallerPay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + SpiffsHours: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 5:00pm | Occasional overtimeWhat you will be doing: Complete residential and light commercial HVAC retrofit and replacement installationsInstall both ducted and ductless heating and cooling systemsInstall and connect natural gas piping for HVAC equipmentRun and install refrigeration line sets in accordance with industry standardsRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprintsTest, balance, and verify proper system operation after installationEducate customers on their new equipment and recommend indoor air quality products when appropriateMentor and train installation apprentices and new team members on proper installation techniquesLead installation crews by overseeing workmanship, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on scheduleQualifications: 4 years of hands-on experience completing residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installations06A or 06B Electrical License - Desired Active electrical trainee card with documented training hoursEPA Universal Certification requiredStrong knowledge of residential HVAC system design, ductwork layout, and installation practicesExperienced in installing and servicing refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and residential/light commercial HVAC equipmentWorking knowledge of HVAC low-voltage electrical controls and wiringAbility to mentor, train, and supervise an installation helper or apprenticeValid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent education requiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
