We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Respond to emergency service requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
St. Louis County journeyman license is a plus

Don Morgner started the business in 1965 and became a Lennox dealer in 1966, purchasing Binkley Heating & Sheet Metal in Webster Groves in 1971. The business then moved to its present location on S. Brentwood Blvd. in 1989.
In 1991, Don purchased Town & Country Climate Control Specialists from a friendly competitor who was retiring, and by 1992 he had began turning the business over to his three sons, Steve, Rick, and Mike. Don retired in 1997 and is very proud of how his sons are handling the business and continuing the tradition of excellent quality and service to their customers.
