Residential HVAC Installer Technician
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong installation skills with the ability to properly install, start up, and test residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
- Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
