Position Overview
TSC Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Level 2 to lead installation teams and oversee the full installation process. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while developing team members.
Key Responsibilities

Lead installation teams and set daily expectations

Ensure all team members maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and work quality

Assign tasks and manage workflow throughout the day

Provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on training to team members

Monitor job progress and adjust as needed to meet timelines and standards

Address challenges calmly and effectively in the field

Ensure all installations meet TSC Air quality standards
Core Duties

Plan and delegate daily installation tasks

Supervise all phases of HVAC system installation
-
Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement
-
Train team members on installation techniques and best practices
-
Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure job completion meets company standards

Ensure trucks, tools, and materials are clean, organized, and stocked
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

Ability to resolve conflicts and handle high-pressure situations

Mastery of HVAC installation processes and best practices

Minimum of 100 completed HVAC installations
-
EPA Certification required
Preferred Certifications

NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieve a minimum of 25 five-star customer reviews per quarter

Complete installations within targeted 8-hour timeframe

Maintain zero callbacks on completed installs

Obtain NATE certification
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $24 to $27 per hour depending on experience and certifications

Work Schedule

40 to 60 hours per week during peak summer season
