What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing residential HVAC equipment
- Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostats, and electrical components
- Communicating clearly with customers and building trust through honest, professional service
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed
- Assisting in mentoring or training newer team members when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of HVAC Install experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
- Growth mindset and a drive to make great money
- Team player who enjoys a fun, family-like work environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $25.00–$45.00/hour + bonuses, commissions, and spiffs
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
