HVAC Installer Apprentice / Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM start time, with overtime as needed

We are currently hiring for both entry-level HVAC Installer Apprentices and experienced Residential HVAC Installers. What You'll Do:
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories
• Install gas piping, refrigeration piping, ductwork systems, and related system components
• Perform equipment change-outs, new system installations, and system upgrades
• Assist with system start-ups and ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Support senior installers while developing technical skills (apprentice level)
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and HVAC code requirements
Support team members and help complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications for Apprentice Level:
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• HVAC schooling or trade school experience is a plus
Qualifications for Experienced Installer Level:
• 1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Proficiency in HVAC system design, ductwork, refrigerant, gas piping, and electrical systems
• Low-voltage HVAC knowledge
• Ability to understand and apply all relevant HVAC codes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
