JOB SUMMARY
This position will be an installer working as part of an install team or leading to provide excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship and accurate HVAC system installs in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus and communication skills are required.

JOB DUTIES
Perform HVAC system replacement and installs
Perform HVAC system start up and obtain customer approval
Problem solve when issues arise
Perform seamlessly as a team to provide complete customer satisfaction
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have 3+ years prior, successful experience as an installer in the HVAC industry
NATE certification preferred
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Clean driving record
