HVAC Installer

The ideal candidate will have residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time. If you are looking for a company where the high quality of your work will be appreciated and where there is room for growth and advancement, then we'd like to hear from you!Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + BenefitsBenefits: Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours)Required Qualifications: Residential install experience a plusValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCompletion of HVAC training preferredBasic computer proficiencyGreat communication skills, friendlyWillingness to sell add-onsNATE Certified is a plus
