We are actively hiring experienced HVAC Installers for commercial construction projects and are looking for dependable, motivated professionals who are ready to start immediately.

What You'll Do:

• Install commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and associated equipment
• Install ductwork, fittings, diffusers, dampers, and ventilation systems
• Set and connect HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and project plans
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents
• Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and related components
• Assist with system startups and functional testing
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Qualifications:

• HVAC installation experience in commercial construction
• EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, and related components
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation best practices
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
