Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the San Diego, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Install industrial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, ventilation units, and large-scale heating/cooling equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Assemble and mount HVAC components using hand and power tools
- Connect systems to electrical, fuel, and water sources
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Test systems after installation to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
