Compensation
- $35–$45 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including new construction and replacement systems
- Install and replace heating and cooling equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Evaluate HVAC systems and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Perform system testing, including leak checks, electrical testing, and equipment verification
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, wiring, and equipment when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Ensure every installation meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

- Deliver quality installations with minimal to no customer callbacks
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and certifications
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, workmanship, and customer experience
Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Experience with FHW, boiler, and steam systems is a plus
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Sheet Metal License is a plus
- Electrical experience required
- Hot Work Certification preferred
- OSHA 10 Certification or higher preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and local codes
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while leading installation projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Must provide your own hand tools
